We specialise in arranging After the Event Insurance (known as ATE Insurance) for all types of Personal Injury claims. All ATE Insurance cover premiums are fixed in price at a level which is recoverable. Payment of the premium is deferred until costs are received by the solicitor so there is no need for a Consumer Credit Act agreement and hence no deduction from a client's damages. Administration is very simple with the After the Event Insurance policy being cancellable at any time without penalty or cost.

The solicitor can now remain in control of their claims rather than being dictated to by the underwriter.
