Edmund Kornicki specialises in valuation advice on commercial and residential property and is experienced in providing such advice in the context of litigation. The principal area covered is Wiltshire and surrounding counties including: Devizes, Swindon, Bath, Bristol, Oxford and Southampton.
Edmund Kornicki has over 10 years experience in property covering a unique combination of the commercial, rural and residential sectors.
He studied at Durham University and the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. Before setting up EK Property Consulting, he worked for Carter Jonas and most recently for Savills. He is still carries out regular work for Savills as a consultant.
Edmund Kornicki is a Chartered Surveyor and a Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. He has also passed the Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence and is an RICS Registered Valuer.
