The clerks at the court of appeal refusing
to accept a appeal from us because they are
thinking we are appealing against a order of
an appeal court!We are are appealing a order
of refusal to grant leave of appeal after an
oral hearing in front of circuit judge in a
county court and there fore this shoud now
go to the court of appeal!Even the circuit
judge stated that next step is the court of
appeal.they say she was sitting for the
court of appeal which is not true as she
heard the appeal against a district judge in
a county court capacity.
any ideas on how to stop this stalemate as i
am just the papers back they sending them
back to me at �4 at a time!!??
