I'm a foreigner student who is renting a property [Removed by Admin] in Aberystwyth , Ceredigion.Most probably they do not have a MHO licence , which they should have as there are 3 tenneant with separate housholds and they - 2 people as a couple living there from time to time. I have all the electronic correspondence showing in details the situation that occured. They evicted my unlawfully - that is told me to leave although I've sent them rent agreed specially for the holiday period until August in amount of 500 GBP and took my 400 refundable deposit. Also they packed my belongings. They obviously didn't have a right to do that , but I reminded them not do do so. Although they told they won't touch my things they did trespass the room which I am still renting in the light of the law and packed my things which most probably was damaged. They also posted a room as a free for rental on the easy housmate site - they did it at the time when the agreement with me was concluded.I had additinal costs becouse of them already and I will have even more because now I am forced to come to Aberystwyth from other country to check if all my propert hasn't been possessed or damaged - they sent me a n e-mail with as they called it "final terms" to arrange the rental for 2 years ahead. I accepted , wrote back and sent money. The elemcent of consideration and acceptance as well as the element of detriment was present. Two days afterm my e-mail , [Name Removed] wrote me to leave and that she will not reply to me anymore. I was trying a mediation on my own telling them to re-thing what she wrote. No reply at all. As a basis for telling me so she gave the fact of the money transfer arriving after the day on which they asked me to pay in the mmoney. It was an internaational transferr,I have a recipt of payment. I was made before the aforementioned day. But the day wasn't clrified as to be the dday of having the money booked on hte account , nor it was clearly called a "deadline'. I have the agreemnt effectivelly concluded for the rental until May 2012 with the effect , in my reasoning , evidenatlly being to my advantage. I want to sue them for tresspass , unlawful eviction, recovering of the money 900 GBP and presumably my property(or the equivalent of the property stolent) that they possessed plus recovering the additional costs that I incured because of them; also I want to include a cliam for the intentional infliction of the emotional distress and bad treating of me (biased attitude for which I have an evidence in a form of text messages) and because of that I want a money compensation in amount of 3 months renaal fee equivalent . I also would like to obtain the court order for renforcing the rental agreement with the effect of me being able to remain on the property. I'm extreemerly sorry for all the typo mistakes I've made in the description , but today I am over-emotional about this fresh matter that completely astounded me. I have the evidence of them putting the house for rental after concluding the agreement with me and all the aforementioned correspondence. I'm a student , my budget is tight , but I am sure that we'll be able to constitute a consensus regarding the payment. I would like to thank everyone who spent time reading this.
