my son was arrested on four counts of sexual assault which wer captured on cctv.no compainents have come forward out of these four women,the police are prosicuting my son who is 17 years old.he is due at crown court on the 9th november + is advised 2 plead guilty which im told would end up with him having to sign the sex offenders register for two years.the question in court is were the women consentual.i dont feel that his solicitors are doing all they can for him but is it too late in the day to change legal representation?
