having problems regarding my children it has been to court and she has a residence order. but it has been brought to my attention that the boyfriend of my estranged wife is smacking my 2yr old son for stealing a piece of bread. my other concerns is that he is a alcoholic and a self harmer. besides he was allowed to see his 2 children every 3 weeks under a supervision order, he has now no access to his children what so ever. he has also been done for drink driving. accused me of being a rapist and has slandered my name all over face book. also he has threatened all my ex army colleges and called them pedo's and to which a massive response of his threats and actions. which will not be disputed or taken lightly. my 3yr old daughter has been changed by my current partner, showing notable bruising and soreness around the nether region. both children are malnourished, lethargic and withdrawn and unkempt with tapeworm and constant flu and full of flea bites and nits. they have been prompted not to speak to me as my estranged wife informed them i was a bad man. subsequently the children have disclosed to my current partner their present home environment and situation. i have on a numerous occasions contacted social services and child protection unit and seems to me nothing is being resolved. the extended family are disturbed by the actions of the mother and who insist that they shall have no contact with estranged wife's sister and cousins. rather than going for full custody before the said information which was told by my step son's of the abuse in the current family home. i am due to pick children up this friday at 17:00hrs and have booked a appointment with the doctors regarding issues of my children's welfare and wellbeing. as the estranged wife hasn't taken the children to the doctors. they are constantly full of infection and i am led to believe they have no heating in the home. i am a ex service men who served in the army. and this is having a massive impact on my stress levels and constant worry
