im up fenton majistrates court in stoke on trent for section 39 battery and resist arrest.my solicitor said ive got be prepared for a prison sentence.i havnt been ito any trouble for 10 years and that was common assult and criminal damage when i was 13.my solicitor said resist arrest is a fine but with it been on top of battery which was 1 blow to her face and alls she had was a red mark.im hopeing i get a community order and probation.i look after my nan as she is disabled and do her shopping and everything but if i go prison i dont no what she is goin do.does anyone no what i will get thanks shaun
