My ex partner accused me of raping her 5 months after we split up (August 2nd, 2009) in the middle of January. She primarily complained to the police about an email i sent her which did carry some specific threats (in response to one she had sent me, all of which i have kept, including headers)
She has caused no end of grief for me, sending people around to my house, making threats to me etc, attempting to get me sacked at work (all of which can be proved by people of good standing, including a union representative and an ex boyfriend)
Now, we both work for the same company (she is off sick at the moment and has been for about 4 months now) I have lost weight, not slept properly since i was arrested and questioned about it (it didnt happen, i can guarantee that) as its obviously something that sticks, even when untrue like this.
Could the police charge her for wasting police time when it all comes into the open as everyone that knows me and her have said there is no way i would do such a despicable crime and that she does live in a fantasy world most of the time and all of this is a blatent lie to get back at me for throwing her out after she cheated on me for the second time.
