ABOUT THE GROUP
Our International Real Estate Group provides specialist advice and support on a wide range of real estate transactions to major domestic and international businesses, developers, investment funds, banks and public sector bodies.
THE ROLE
The post holder will work on a broad range of non-contentious construction matters, primarily involving drafting and negotiation of contracts and project management.
Candidates will need to demonstrate exposure to our key sector groups, especially IT infrastructure, telecoms and energy & utilities. In order to meet the competencies for this role we would expect you to have a minimum of 3 solid years’ post qualification experience gained in a leading firm.
