- He was found guilty of causing death by dangerous driving on the M65 at Walton-le-Dale, East Lancashire on 1 November 2011. His 41-year-old victim was killed after his (Yamaha) bike was forced under the rear of Walsh's (Vauxhall Insignia) vehicle when Walsh braked suddenly. Expert witness evidence said Walsh's vehicle was travelling at no more than 10mph when the accident happened. His victim died at the scene.
