- He was found guilty of the murder of his 25-year-old victim on 31 May 2011. The victim was his neighbour in a bedsit in Weston-super-Mare, Somerset, when the men argued over a stolen bike. He punched his victim and stamped on his head. The victim suffered a fractured skull and died on 3 June 2011 in hospital from a blood clot on the brain.
The judge said: "The jury saw through your claim you were only acting in self defence... You have twice been cautioned for offences involving threatening and abusive behaviour, and twice convicted for actual violence." - Online Resources
