Wolverhampton case  
hi im looking for a case that was at wolverhampton crown court on the 26th of november  at 12 oclock for child abuse. could you tell me where i can find the out come and charges for this case thanks

Would there be a reason for a court case not to show in search?  
I no that someone went to court and was convicted and sent to prison. When I search the name and court etc nothing shows up what would be the reason for this? Do all court sentences show up on this site? This was back in 2011 Thanks

Written confirmation of charges being dropped & not guilty verdict  
 Where the charges in a case have been dropped by the Crown Prosecution Service and a judgement of not guilty has been entered, does the Court or CPS issue written confirmation to the defendant or his solicitor or barrister to that effect.

Wrongly Accused Sexual Abuse  

Has anyone out there been wrongly accused, arrested, and sent to Crown Court as a result of a lies and collusion?  Young girl accused her grandfather of molestation..  No forensic, only his word against hers.  What is the worst case scenario?
