Access to scotish sheriffs court sentences  

Hi,
I have been trying to find a case that was tried on the 17th of july in stonehaven sherriffs court.
The judge was Peter Hammond.The search engine does not appear to search scotland despite it
being on the drop down menue.I desperately need to find all the information regarding a case that
day.PLEASE HELP!

actual prisoner spend in prison.  
If the sentence is 2 years how long will the actual prisoner spend in prison.
Plz tell me the answer

adjourned case  

I am a victum of a harrassment crime involving social network which has been going on for just over a year. The person was arrested , she confessed to the police and the case went to CPS- it was heard at the Magistrates court yesterday. I have been told this morning by the CPS that it was adjourned , because the defendant did not go into a plea. What does this mean ? We were told by the police that she was going to plead guilty. It is now going to be heard on 19 Sept 2012

Adjournments  
How do I find our if a case has been adjourned.  It was supposed to be a particular day in July.  But as its not listed I am presuming it was adjourned.  How do I find out?
