Hi I'm trying to find the result of a court case at taunton crown court dateing back to 2015 and cannot find it can anyone give some advice please ?

any one any idea what i should expect  
hiya ,hoping some one can give us a bit of .. what to expect,
my 21 yr old son has breeched a suspended sentance of 8 mth .issued last sep ,for a weapon in a public place ,he did half the courses what he had ,however on good friday this years , 6 week ago on friday ,
out he went with a friend ,was drunk and both got arrested charged with affray and weapon in public places. obviously   remanded he pleaded guilty around 4 weeks ago , still remanded ,was up for sentance last week but the prosicution had failed to bring the cctv disc ,which none of the barristers or cps had seen , the judge remanded them until tomorrw due to this cctv,
its my sons first time in jail ,and other than his last charge over 12 mth ago has been good ,
he has a supporting family and has girlfriend and son 21 mth  old ,
also is there anywere i can find the dayliy court listings for liverpool crown

Apeals and court manuscripts  

Hello

I am new to the site and i would like to know if i can apeal a case from 1996 which had a guilty verdict and if i can get hold of the manuscripts from court or any details or have they been distroyed now with it being 15 years ago.

When is a judge qualified to hear appeals(good mates with the executive) A sense of doing the good thing ,or a low bank balance?

Appeal against Conviction and sentence  
I know a person was due in court last week for 'appealing against his conviction, I searched the database and  came across the case in  July that states "Appeal against Sentence and Conviction - Resume 11;56"  but I can't find any outcome. I've looked in current and archive's and still can't find anything. I've done a wide search using the person's name only and the only thing that comes to light is the above wording and the court No.
