appeal in a child care case  

It now gets relay stupid
The clerks at the court of appeal refusing to accept a appeal from us because they are thinking we are appealing against a order of an appeal court!We are are appealing a order of refusal to grant leave of appeal after an oral hearing in front of circuit judge in a county court and there fore this shoud now go to the court of appeal!Even the circuit judge stated that next step is the court of appeal.they say she was sitting for the court of appeal which is not true as she heard the appeal against a district judge in a county court capacity.
any ideas on how to stop this stalemate as i am just the papers back they sending them back to me at £4 at a time!!??

Appeal possible?  
If our barrister and solicitor did not prepare our case to instructions and get the evidence and witnesses which we wanted, if then a jury in crown court convicts us because the judge refused an adjournment for more time gives us automatic right for an appeal or good grounds and reason?

Appealing against sentence!  
Hi All - I have 2 days to decide whether to lodge an appeal or not against a conviction (I pleaded guilty at the Police Station, so earliest opportunity) This was for possession on 3.5 gms of Cannabis...

Appeared in Court?  

I am trying to establish if a particular individual has appeared in court in the UK, what is the easiest/fastest way of doing this?
