Dr Roz Halari BSc, MSc, PhD, DClinPsych, DClinHyp, Cpsychol. AFBPSs
Dr Halari is a senior clinical psychologist and a qualified clinical hypnotherapist. She is also an Honorary Lecturer in the division of Psychological Medicine and Mental Health at Imperial College, and a Research Fellow at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College, University of London. She works both in the NHS and in the independent (private) sector. Dr Halari has published widely in peer-reviewed journals in the field of mental health and psychology/psychiatry. She is also a recognised clinical supervisor for undergraduate and postgraduate psychologist both qualified and those undergoing clinical training.
Dr Halari has experience in providing medico-legal reports in personal injury, capacity, accident trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, (neuro)psychological rehabilitation, work related stress, occupational injury, effects of medical negligence, and disability discrimination, immigration and asylum cases.
Dr Halari specializes in neuropsychological assessment of cognitive, emotional and behavioral consequences of acquired brain injury in adults following road traffic accidents and assessment and diagnosis of ADHD and Aspergers and personality and risk assessments. Specialists groups Dr Halari works with include: Adults and older adults, children and adolescents, in patients and out patients, immigration and asylum.
