Jonathan Longden BSc MRICS ACIArb
Jonathan has over 20 years experience, having worked for one of the largest international property consultancies, an in-house corporate property department, and a specialist independent Chartered Building Surveying practise.
Before any project can commence there are inevitably legal hurdles to be addressed. These different issues are governed by different legislation, none of which are linked, but all which have to be addressed.
Jonathan has previously been both the client and advisor for many years in the commercial and residential sectors, and will guide you through the project or dispute.
Occasionally projects do not proceed as planned and we are asked to assist at a late stage. We have the expertise to bring the issues to a head with the intention of achieving a win:win for both sides as quickly as possible.
