He is appointed by the RICS to their panel of Expert Advisors to the NHS Litigation Authority.
Guy Welfare is an experienced Expert Witness with the expertise and skills to prepare written reports and oral evidence on property-related matters in accordance with The Civil Procedures Rules, to assist the Courts in the event of a dispute over commercial property.
