I serve as a Business Consultant and as an Expert Witness, and my work as an Expert Witness includes both Criminal and Civil matters.
I specialise in matters relating to Retail Theft & Fraud, Electronic Point of Sale (EPoS), Credit Cards, Computer Systems and Warehousing & Distribution. I have served as an Expert Witness since 1994 and I have been awarded the Cardiff University Law School Bond Solon (CUBS) Expert Witness Certificate.
I have over 30 years' experience in the retail industry, working for both retailers & computer system suppliers. During the last 18 years as an Independent Consultant I have completed a wide range of assignments and I have served as an Expert Witness in cases, ranging from under £500 to over £5m. In addition to writing Expert Reports I have undertaken neutral assessments, attended mediations and given expert evidence in court.
My excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, have proved to be of great value in presenting technical topics to non-technical audiences, such as judges and juries.
