Ian was elected to the RICS in 1983 and has over 30 years experience working for Professional Quantity Surveyors, Design and Build Contractors, Contractors and Sub-Contractors, on projects ranging in size from a few thousand pounds to £250 million.In recent years Ian’s reputation in the industry led to appointments from a number of main contractors to help them resolve measurement disputes with their sub-contractors. From there it was a natural progression for Ian to undergo formal training to act as Expert Witness in his field.
