Fixed Cost Site Visits This service is provided for clients who require initial evaluations to help determine potential liabilities and causes of defects. It is not always possible to determine the outline of a case or problem based on written documentation. Costs can be kept under control by provision of fixed rates.
The service is designed to give quick and accurate feedback, however we will indicate where more investigation is required and the level of certainty that can be reached with the information available. Developed for the legal sector this service provides you with an edge in cases where understanding the physical and technical factors is critical to winning a case. The visit is carried out by a senior Chartered Surveyor.
Fees are based on £250 for half day visits and £480 based on whole day visits. No charges are made for disbursements except travel.
Case Investigation Management This service is provided for clients who require on site evaluations to help determine the scale of liabilities and causes of defects.

Quantum This service is provided for clients who require on site evaluations to help determine the scale of quantum for small to medium cases.
We specialise in the assessment of quantum where information is limited to plans, reports, contracts, photographs. We use a variety of cost models to help establish the quantum of a claim and at a fixed cost.
