My name is Karl John Forkasiewicz (pronounced fork_a_say_vich) and I am the Director and Consultant. I have twenty four years experience of working with trees (arboricultura). For the last six years, I have practiced as an independent Tree & Landscape Consultant.
I am a Chartered Arboriculturist and a Registered Consultant with the Institute of Chartered Foresters (MICFor), a Professional Member of the Arboricultural Association (M.Arbor.A), a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) and a RICS Registered Expert Witness (EWRS Reg No. 397), a Chartered Environmentalist (CEnv) and a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
I hold £5M Public Liability Insurance and £2M Professional Indemnity Insurance.

Accidents I provide advice and reports where tree related accidents are alleged or have been caused.
Allegations I provide advice and reports where allegations are made by a Local Planning Authority regarding alleged unauthorised tree works to trees protected by TPO's or within Conservation Areas. I attend interviews with clients that will be held under PACE regarding alleged unauthorised tree works and/or alleged tree damage to TPO'd trees.
Court I attend court as an expert witness regarding alleged damage/injury and alleged unauthorised tree works. Damage I provide advice and reports where trees have been damaged. I provide advice and reports where trees growing on boundaries or trees growing on adjacent land have caused damage. I provide advice and reports regarding alleged tree related subsidence damage to buildings. I provide advice and reports where trees have caused subsidence damage.
Disputes I provide advice and reports regarding disputes where trees are growing on boundaries. I provide advice and reports regarding disputes and TPO's.
Injury I provide advice and reports where trees growing on boundaries or trees growing on adjacent land have caused injury.
Insurance I provide advice and reports regarding alleged tree related damage to buildings.
