We have prepared in excess of 5,000 accommodation reports for litigation purposes associated with the future accommodation needs of severely disabled or handicapped persons. These reports are produced to a format to comply with Roberts –v- Johnstone Calculations and are prepared for both Claimants and Defendants in Personal Injury cases. We are Members of the Expert Witness Institute for preparing such reports and are qualified to give evidence on these cases in Court where required.
We also carry out project management work associated with the provision of specialist accommodation for disabled persons following litigation including finding suitable properties, obtaining appropriate planning consent and building regulations to reflect adaptations and alterations according to disability. We carry out project management of all alterations following the obtaining of tenders for such works through to completion including the installation and specialist equipment in bathrooms for wheelchair-bound and severely handicapped persons.
We are constantly project managing alterations to properties to meet the requirements of those dependent upon a wheelchair and have carried out this work throughout the country including the North of England, the North West Midlands and South, work stretching from Scotland, Midlands, East Coast and Devon.

Litigation Work
We are members of the Expert Witness Institute associated with disputes arising out of values for defective workmanship or failure to comply with rent review provisions in the lease for claims associated with both commercial and residential property and land development schemes.
We also prepare reports associated with defective workmanship, claims against contractors for badly installed appliances, kitchens, alterations and extensions. We do this for a number of leading solicitors in Leeds and Bradford.
We are regularly recommended by the Courts to prepare valuation reports on behalf of Matrimonial, bankruptcy and repossession proceedings.
