We also send a copy of our report with a brief summary to your solicitor to enable them to make the relevant enquiries.
We are on the panel for a number of the large lending institutions and private banks, and much of our business is from repeat clients and recommendations from estate agents and solicitors, who recognise the quality of our service and appreciate the communication we provide to those connected with the transaction.
Jon Winn and Alexander Walter worked together for a number of years in a large Mayfair property consultancy before forming their own surveying business in 2006. In 2009 they recruited their former colleague Louise to manage the office along with two consultants. The business focuses on central and prime London areas as well as covering London and the south east.
