- He pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation and fraud by abuse of a position of trust, between March and October 2011. He abused his position of trust at the (dissolved) charity 'Forces for Good' to steal more than £70,000. The money (£125,000 grant from the Welsh Assembly) had been given to the charity to help injured and vulnerable ex-service people. He transferred funds from the charities bank account into his own account to fund a lavish lifestyle. Three further charges (fraud and theft) were ordered to lie on the court file.
