- Kamara as part of a gang of up to 25 youths who attacked Yasin Abdirahman after mistaking him for a member of a rival gang. All of those involved in the attack were members of the 'MDP', which stands for 'Money Drugs Power'. Mr Abdirahman died after the gang chased him with sticks, broken bottles and knives, before stabbing him three times in the head.
The judge said: 'The attack was not only violent, but took place in a residential estate, a place where people live and who are so entitled to believe that within yards of their home they won't be set upon by what can only be described as a pack raiding the estate to settle some grievance of their own.' - Case Timeline
