- He was found guilty of the murder of his 42-year-old mother in Weymouth, Dorset, on 21 July 2012. He attacked his victim stabbing her more than ninety times at the flat they shared. He claimed she had been attacked by a group of men over a drug debt.
The judge said: "You have been convicted of a deeply shocking and really utterly dreadful offence ... of killing your own mother in as brutal a way as can be imagined.
