- He was found guilty of the murder of his 36-year-old victim on 5 February 2011. He pleaded guilty to robbery. He had attacked the victim with a screwdriver in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, after taking his mobile phone (iPhone 4) which had a (Lloyds TSB) debit card in the case. The victim was stabbed to the head and died later that day in Cheltenham General Hospital from a puncture wound to the side of his head. He had never regained consciousness.
