Court Attendance - Please contact the court ahead of your hearing for attendance details (Counsel/Solicitor attendance via telephone conferencing, BTMeetMe, Cloud Video Platform (CVP), Skype or Teams).

Media and members of the public will be able to attend priority court hearings in person, if safe to do so in line with Public Health England guidance, thereby ensuring the principle of Open Justice. Remote Attendance - Some courts provide facilities to attend hearings remotely from another crown court or attend via telephone conferencing (screen captures and audio recordings are an offence pursuant to s.85 of the Courts Act 2003 / Coronavirus Act 2020).

SOCIAL DISTANCING - To help prevent the spred of COVID-19, please maintain a distance of at least 6 feet (2 metres) from others. Due to social distancing there are limited spaces in public galleries and entry may be retricted.
