 Fine Notice not received (Posted on: 2018-05-01 13:38:34)
My son has been convicted (of a crime he did not commit) at Southwark Crown Court. He was sentenced 27 04 18; the sentence included a fine. He has not received a Notice of Fine and cannot find anyone who can provide him with the Notice. He keeps going around in circles being directed to various departments. Can anyone tell me who he can contact regarding this form before he gets arrested for non-payment of the fine!
