Thank you for your advice, I\'ve been checking with the court in question on a regular basis. The hearing has been held, he\'s been found guilty and is due back in court in the new year for sentencing, I have a date for it, whether I\'ll be able to attend is another matter. But a guilty verdict is a great start on the road to justice! :-)

The Child Sex Offenders Disclosure Scheme - \'Sarahs Law\' - enables parents, guardians and third parties to enquire whether a person who has access to a child, is a registered sex offender, or poses a risk to that child.
