Access to Archives.
I am researching the case of Charles Alfred Gibbs Church, who died in Broadmoor on the 1st of April 1945, aged 29 years.
According to the death certificate, Gibbs Church died of Pulmonary Tuberculosis. The informant was R.S.Payne, Coroner for the Reading district of Berkshire.
An inquest was held on 4th April 1945, and the death certificate was registered on 5th of April 1945.
Gibbs Church was formerly from Liverpool, his previous address being: 48, Clevedon Street, Liverpool.
I have attempted (several) advanced searches on this site, but to no avail.
Help !!!

Access to case info?
Is there any way I can legally obtain information of an ongoing court case? The person in question is wanted for several crimes, but most predominantly he's due in a Crown Court any day now on charges of downloading / distributing 'indecent images of children.' He also has a history of violence towards women...
Is it possible to get information on a case for a person like this? Would the public be allowed into the gallery during such a case being held? I really don't know where I stand with this, I'm quite out of my depth!
Please help if you can, any advice you can offer is deeply appreciated!

Access to court transcripts
I’m trying to obtain copies of court transcripts. I was a witness and a family member was the victim of a serious sexual assault. I need details of the barristers involved, judge and others involved directly.

Access to older cases
Dear Sir / Madam,
In 2012 I instructed an
accountant to file a claim on my behalf - Adam Latif Allcock - against a Mr Lee Anthony Metcalf and against his company "EXPRESS PC'S LTD". The accountant has now gone... rogue... is the best way to put it, and I am now
left with no paperwork or references to the case.
I know
that Mr Metcalf did not respond within 21 days and that there was a
judgement made by the court in September of 2012, including the appointment of a receiver. Is there any way to look through older judgements or hearings from 2012? The postcode we would have filed against was SR4 6NP which I believe makes it Sunderland crown court if its near the defendant.
If not, do you have any suggestions to trace this case and judgement? I was unable to find any entries via the registry trust.
Kind Regards, Adam Allcock
